Use our library of book starters to pique your students' interest in a new book and invite them to think critically as they read.

Book Quest

Send your students on a quest for knowledge! Children will choose their own path through a list of book options based around our theme "responding to challenges." They will think critically about what they have learned as they answer questions about the texts to complete their quest.

Compare and Contrast - Book to Movie

Join Dan Gutman, our Learning Ally Author Talk 2020 host, for a daily read-aloud from his book series, "Our Weird School." Dan reads live at 2pm Eastern Time on Facebook Live. Join him live or watch his previously recorded sessions. If your student uses Learning Ally Audiobooks, be sure to find Dan's books in our library.
